It seems to me as time moves on and people become more modern and “informed,” it becomes even more difficult for relationships to exist without complications. We all know men and women are different and generally view things a little bit differently. Well, unless you believe there are 57 different genders, in which case you have a whole ‘nother list of issues in any relationship. But recently I’ve seen where this discrepancy has been exemplified.

First, I read last week where an avid golfer named Greg, last name withheld to protect him and perhaps his marriage, scored a hole in one. As we all know, a hole in one is the holy grail for any golfer. Normally there is much celebration upon achieving such a memorable achievement. The man who scores the hole in one is required to buy everyone at the clubhouse a round of drinks, for one thing. Why, I do not know. You would think you would not be punished for such a thing, but I suppose you have just had great fortune fall upon you so you must spread the good fortune.
